The City of Baltimore has created a fairly comprehensive open data portal at https://data.baltimorecity.gov/, including datasets on city salaries, crime, 311 calls, property value, and much more. Hoping to make the “open data/crowdsource” connection, the site also allows users to upload their own visualization and data analyses.
